PORK

CHICKEN

Cook pork to 155˚and after it has reached
temperature, tent/cover with foil for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!

Chicken needs to be cooked to between 140- 145˚F.

GAS GRILLE

Baste steaks with olive oil/or butter several times in the cooking process. Sear each side for 3 minutes.  After 3 minutes on each side, set the steak to the indirect side of the heat for the same amount of time to cook the inside. Rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Use tongs or spatula rather than a grilling fork to turn steaks. Steaks are juiciest and most tender after you have given them the time to rest. For a medium rare steak, aim for 130˚F and medium rare is 145˚F.
